With a background in mindfulness, safeguarding, and supporting individuals through real-life emotional challenges, my approach is both compassionate and deeply practical.

I work with mindfulness, guided meditation, and Pranayama, the ancient yogic practice of breath control, where breath becomes both anchor and guide. Rooted in centuries of wisdom and increasingly supported by modern science, breathwork reminds us of something simple but essential: when we change the breath, we change our internal state.

In a world that moves faster than ever, this practice feels more relevant than ever. It brings us back into connection with the body, softens the nervous system, and creates space where clarity can return.

Soothe & Rise was created with a simple intention, to offer accessible, grounded tools that support real emotional wellbeing in everyday life. Not as something separate from life, but woven into it. Calm, human, and sustainable practices that help people pause, regulate, and reconnect with themselves again.
